Todd Guidry Seafood is officially here in Delcambre, Louisiana — and we’ve been a lifetime in the making.

Todd comes from a shrimping family. He grew up working alongside his dad on the shrimp boat, learning early what hard work, long days, and respect for the water really mean. That heritage is the foundation of everything we do.

Built from the ground up, powered by hard work, and driven by a passion for quality, Todd Guidry Seafood is a shrimp processing company committed to doing it right.
